The Santillana

First introduced by Dwight T. Porter, the Santillana captures the brilliance and charm of its namesake, the Marquis de Santillana, the fifteenth century poet credited with Spanish literature from Medieval to Renaissance.  This table reflects his character by merging Spanish, Italian, and elegant English influences.  It features six legs, reminiscent of the Thurston billiard and snooker tables of the early 1800s and is carved of solid alder hardwood, with a Sheraton-style fluted and tapered leg, ichthyus carved blind rails, and illustrious routed cabinet.
